Nokia 3500c
Display Fault

I bought Nokia 3500C on 9th January from a dealer known as The Mobile Store (Essar Telecom Retail Ltd). The display of the Cell phone spoilt within a week and the dealer refused to replace the phone. I want to replace the cell and get the sum of money back. the price of the set was Rs. 5889.01 inclusive of taxes.

Please guide me with the procedure.
