Nokia 3500c
Nokia not give support

Hi,

I have purchaed a nokia 3500 C phone from hot spot, noida on 25th May 08, after two days hand free of my phone not work. On 31st May i summit this phone to nokia care sector -2, noida as per job seet no. 1200228000, for give my phone to repair i have wait for 3 hour in q, he give date of delivery 03rd june but when i trace the status of my phone on his help line no.0120-2545605 i found that my phone is not repaired, about this i talk with nokia costmer care & nokia head office gurgaon but he dos't respond satisfectry. Now i am very upset with nokia.
