Problems in newly bought cell phone

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have bought Nokia 3500c some 20 days back but there were few problems faced by me in the fresh piece itself. Its alram toen was not ringing and secondly its overall volume was also low.

I showed it to Nokia Care center Borivali, but after keeping for one whole week they returned me in the same condition.

I asked them to send it to head office in Lowerl Parel for which they agreed but they asked for another one month for getting it repaired.

I don't understand how come world's no.1 mobile brand be so careless on customer retention and service. Next time I will definitely think twice before taking Nokia phone...
