Nokia 3500c
Not give any status

My mobile is not working properly (Nokia-3500C), I have given my mobile to Nokia center APEX UGA 12 Som Dutt Plaza, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India and my job sheet number is 034343506/080917/65 Dated 17/09, but still they could not tell me any status of my mobile, they are not given me any information about my mobile. I can not leave without my mobile, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

So please take the necassary action for give my mobile.
