Luetooth and camera problem

I bought my phone at ikeja from mizbeach where i was assured to have one year warranty in october only to discover in january that i can`t snap with my camera and transfer with my data through my bluetooth, i decided to take it to nokia care at ikeja which lastd for a month as soon as i recover the phone from, i was able to used it for 6days afterwhich i`m facing the same problem now.what`s the guaranty if take it there it wont develop the same problem. I need your reponse base on this problem.
