Nokia 3500C mobile
Phone do not works proparly after two time repaired

I had purchased Nokia 3500C 11 months back, initially it was working properly after some times it started malfunctioning, battery goes out quickly, sound started decreasing, mobile hanged many times etc. So I went to nokia care to repair, afret repairing the problems remain the same, I went there again after two days, they kept my mobile for around 10 days. But still my low Sound problem is same, and mobile gets hot while talking. Now thy are saying submit the mobile to nokia care again. But I don't want the same mobile again what should I do?
