I have bought nokia 3600 3 month back sudeenly screen display goes away and i went to customer care sukhdev nager kotla new delhi they are asking 2250/- from and saying there is no guarantee for this set . i want to ask from nokia if they can give one year guarantee why they promise at the time of buying the phone.
