Damage of screengaurd

Sir/madam

i have buyed nokia 3600 slide last diwali (28 october?) frm last 4 to 5 months my cell got hangs up n its not working properly, i have given my cell in nokiacare pune but without telling me anything they have given me back my cell. but they havnt sort it now ..now frm last one month my cell is with them becozz its display have got some damage and that damage is totally internal damage, i went to nokia care they never give any response properly n they even dont know how much time it gonna take .. this time my cell is in warranty but after few days it will not be!!!

i seriously want to register the complaint against them ..

n hope u will do the needfull., ..
