Nokia 3600 mobile
Problem is not solved in 6 times

Dear sir

Sir i am from Faridabad and i buy a mobile (model 3600) from hotspot before four months ago. I noticed a problem. The problem is (switch off the mobile automatically and its alarm does not work). I came to the nokia care 15 sec.in Faridabad 6 times in a month but the problem does not solve and the employee in nokia care everytime says that the mobile is ok now.but the problem is as same as before. My mobile IMEI no. is 355706021221489. The feedback box in nokiacare is always remains open and i can't complaint against this. I want to format my mobile memory card and the nokiacare employees demands 50 rupees for it.

I am very harrasad by the nokia care's response. This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time, I feel a grate difficulty to have conversation with my counter parts and my honorable seniors. Now i am feeling that this peace/model has its individual problem & i want to change it. Please take a positive action for it neigther i wouldn't trust on Nokia products.
