Mike problem (dialer not get to the caller)

We are very sorry to say, we have purchased Nokia 3600s in your Univercell ShowRoom, UTN 771561, Chennai - 600 014. purchase Date:23.12.2008 for theamount 9800/- Executive Name: Lalitha. M.Roy

from the purchase we have the problem in dialer will not get the clear voice from caller, that is Echo (Speaker problem)

also we have serviced this into two times in the same branch.

still now it will not rectified the problem.

so kindly provide fresh piece or replacement . i am again assure you please arrange to issue the fresh piece with in a week

becase i am working in a sales division, please understand there is no phone (contact no) no work for me, do the needful.
