Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using NOKIA 3600 slide IMEI NO: 355706022633286 from last few months, earlier i got a problem in the on/off switch and the headset jack. then it was send to the head office in delhi for nearly abt 15 days. those problems were fixed but after i got my cell phone a new problem was there, as i use to opes the slide the volume of the speaker was very low and was not audible. I went to a NOKIA CARE on 15 june with this problem, along with this the signal dissapears automatically, the camera was not working properly, and the arrow keys were evwn not functioning.
I stated getting the same problems again and on 7 july i have again given my cell phone to a NOKIN CARE the job sheet number is: 156433527/090615/44 along wid those problems, none of the applications are working, not even the calculator. whenever i change the shortcut on restarting the phone it automatically selects the defalt settings the phone has again been sent to the head office for 15-20 days told to me by the reception of NOKIA CARE, MEHTA WATCH COMPANY, 1 OMKAR ROAD, BEHIND GPO, DEHRADUN.
I have checked the network problem with my connection provider (AIRTEL) and got a feedback that the problem have been fixed even after that i am facing such problem.
i will be thankful to you if you give a kind notice to my camplaint and i have a request to please swap my cell phone. PLEASE SEND A FEEDBACK AT MY E-MAIL ID
