Nokia/3600 slide
Handset not working fine

Hi,

I have written the same to Nokia MD and waiting for his response.

I would like to bring certain points to your notice.

1. I bought nokia 3600 slide in month of sep- oct and I must say that I made a mistake by buying Nokia.

2. Its volume control button never worked, software was not working properly as reminders dates are changing automatically, Speaker is not working.

3. When I have given to nokia care center they returned me after a days tating everything is working and now again the same problems occurs.

4. When I given them second time they are simply delaying it daily that I will get the set in a day or 2.

Your technical department and care center are not able to rectify the problem in my handset.

Please let me know why customer will suffer because of inefficient Nokia quality department who is releasing faulty sets in Indian market and treating India market as a secondary market and troubling the customer unnecessarily.

Or it is just a money making policy of Nokia to release all faulty product in Indian market as Indian are simple people and they will never realize and no one will go to court also.

I am started a survey and in one hour I have received 160 mails stating the same problem with Nokia sets and care centers. It clearly shows the quality of Nokia.

I will forward the same to you and media once I receive 1000 mails and signatures and keep forwarding you the same as it increases because your quality department is useless.
