Nokia 3600(slide)
Poor service, defective handset

I purchased a nokia 3600 (slide) on 07/04/09.The very next day its switches and headset seized to work. I went to a nokia service centre (ShreeCommunications-Mhatre Bridge, Pune) and got the set repaired within minutes. After a few days (less than 10 days) the same problem occured and i went to the same service centre. They kept my set on 2/05/09 and asked me to come down after 3 days. After 3days when i went there i found my set wasn`t repaired and also the executives were so RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE.On my asking them what i got to hear was-`ABHI NAHI HUA HAI TO HUMLOG KYA KARE.APKO ITNI JALI HAI TO PEHLE KYUN NAHI BATAYA`? This kind of answerwas least expected. called up head office and found my set was sentthere on 6/05/09 and the date committed to me was before 18/05/09.

Now i am waiting for a call frm them lest i would get into legal issues. Also i want my setto be PERFECTLY ALL RIGHT ELSE A REPLACEMENT.
