Ejected warranty

Good morning sir, my self is manpreet mathru i am nokia user since long time. recently i purchased nokia 5130 on 28/04 bill no.44. head phone of my mobile became out of order after some days so i go to nokia customer care center at khanna (punjab) center no. 19. they keep my mobile in his possession for one month for repair it after one month they return this to me and said company has rejected the warranty of my mobile and they are unable to repair it and replace it. their is only one month passed to purchase this mobile. i am very disagree with the decision of nokia care. i need your reply my mobile no. is 98150-16026. emi no. of my mobile 354179032155925
