I was purchase NOKIA 5130C IMEI NO 356908036966988 DATE OF PURCHSE 07.SEP 2009

from dua comunication sector 27-D, CHANDIGARH.

IN 05-11 at evening 07:00 clock suddenly switch off the mobile. I on the mobile see in

screen contect service provider.

I have approach your Nokia care centre sector 35-A CHANDIGARH 06.11.2009 10.00 a.m, He said that mobile is going on LIQUID DAMAGE, Repair cost 90% of mobile value its not coverd under warranty.

Mobile is neither drop in water nor in any where. For safe purpose by myself MOBILE IS also protected by extra plastic covering.

How to enter the water under mobile?

With in two months chiness mobile is also not go for so bad condition
