Nokia 5130c
Not providing my free offer & proper services

I am the customer of mobile store lucknow chowk branch. i had purchase my nokia 5130c on 25th of june,

store staff had does not given my free lether pouch yet & when we ask them the reason they don't give attention to it.there service was vernerable a person is standing their for one-one hour to take sfrom them.

i also stand for one hour and half to get my one GB card download.
