Dear Sir,

My self Dr Disha Desai from bilimora state gujarat, i bought my nokai 5130cell from Future axiom telecom ltd, no 31, 17th main cross, vijayanagar bangalore on date 19th august . n according to their instructions i had to charge my phne for 6 hours before using n i charged it for 6 hours n my cell was working properly n v came back to gujarat thn after 11 dayz i clicked two snaps n my phone gt switched off n it didnt started as i ws having warranty for 1 yr i showed my piece to nokia care valsad branch Om sai communications, 71, 72 D.N. shopping centre station road valsad on dt 31st of august they told that i vl have to keep my cell for one day so that they can recognize problm in my cell on next day they told me that water enterd into my phne bt as per my knowledge not even a single drop of water has entered into my cell, thn they told me to keep my cell for another few dayz n they gve me job sheet n no is 090902/56. on 4th sept i went to collect my phone they charged me 200 rs for software upgradation n on top of it they broke my cell body so i complaint thm that my cell phne body ws broken thn they had sum conversations betwn thm n said me to wait for another 15 mins thn they gave me my phne back with proper body. on that eveng it worked for few hours n again i am facing same problms that my cell is nt working. Inspite of spending money n time i didnt got d proper feedback from ur nokia care centres. my cell is still nt working n m facing many problms due to it. my whole routine is disturbed due to this nokia services . now u only suggest me wht should i do? plz gve me reply withn 7 dayz otherwise i vl have to take sum legal steps against nokia.
