Worst Service

Dear sir,

Your service centre (NOKIA CARE CENTRE) at Sakchi Jamshedpur is not giving proper service. Always they are returning the customer with one and onother excuse.

Presently I am trying to contact to them on phone (No.06576455841) no body is taking the phone.

Recently (on 22.06.09) I have taken a NOKIA 5130 C set, IMEI No.355212039159688 from The Mobile Store Ltd, Jamshedpur. The Charger given with the set is not working. I want to replace the same. Kindly do the needful.
