Nokia 5130-c
Faulty handset

I purchased nokia 5130-c with IMEI No. 355232037273943 on 15/7. it was taking 3 hours in charging. Accordingly i complaint on 19/7 to nokia care and they updated the handset same day and changed battery on 14/8 but problem continued. so they again changed the battery. this way they have changed the battery 5 times and updated the handset 4 times. But the problem is still continued. Job seet no. for last 2 visits are 114433527/090912/3 and 114433527/090926/82. I want a new hand set as this is a faulty one.
