Nokia 5130 mobile
Parts of it is still not available

I have bought nokia 5130 in april.it was felt in water and i have given it in nokia care, c.v. road nagpur. but they are saying that the ICs of nokia 5130 are not available still. it is complitly the carelessness of company that it is almost 5 to6 month that the 5130 has launched and its parts are still not available.my mobile is in warrenty period so plz replace my cell or return me my money back.
