Nokia 5130 model
New phone noy working

I purchased new mobile on 15/03/09 nokia 5130... the next day only i found its battery back up is zero and loudspeaker not working... i went nto ace communication their service centre... they not register my complaint and ask me to use few more days..

at last i sobmitted to ace communication, 13, kapil vihar, pitam pura, delhi by job sheet nno.143433527/090321/1 & 2 dated 21/03/09 for bthe same..

toll date no action being taken... its a doctor phone required for emergency etc... but they are least bothered... after purchasing new mobile i am in tension only, i have to call them daily... but no response

... i dont want repaired piece when i have purchased new mobile
