Late rectification of problem

Dear sir,

as we r the buyer of ur esteemeed product we r facing lot of problems regarding that.due to some technical problem in my phone inwhich the memory card is not detected in my phone . i submitted my phone in ur nokia care shop st udhna, suart gujrat on 29 aug and the people out there have given me a dead line of 15 sept . but sir they haven't returned my phone till yet . my jobsheet no is 538504867/090829/7.

in this regard i have been talking to them for this but they r not giving any satisfactory answer for this . due to this whole incident i m facing many problems.

i have also talked 2 ur customer care n now they r giving me another date of 5 oct . sir if i do not get my phone by that then wat to do.

either u replace the product or give back my phone after rectification as soon as possible
