Nokia 5200
Check info service

Im having this problem since days, my cell phone is unable to receive any message or call, im unable to do this either. It isn't catching signals, no network is there, and its giving me messages 'check info service'.. I dnt know what to do. Its really useless now as it isnt recieving signals. Please guide me properly. I really need help.
