Nokia 5200
Nokia care refusing to give bills

Dear,

my nokia 5200 mobile was broken so i brought N73 from nokia priority dealer. on asking him about repairing of the mobile he said they can send it to nokia care first they hav have that belt will be changed for 400rs and IC will cost 200rs... after i agreed they said LCD not working it is also broken, it will cost around 600rs..i said ok repair it..when i asked about the bills they said we dont give the bills..the bills are sent to the company..kindly look into the matter seriously and tell me whether the bills are given or nt..hoping for a reply frm u
