Misbehaviour of staff

I have purchased Nokia 5200 IMEI 35600011433087 on 28/11 from The Mobile Store L.T. Marg Kalbadevi. Within 3-4 months its key was not working. So i visit the store again and inform about problem. They redirect us to Nokia Priority Gallary near JSS Marg Mumbai 400002. They took the cell phone for repair wide Job Sheet No. 252434038/080307/3 on 07/03 and assure for the delivery after a week. After 12 days they give me the cell but denied to give the demonstration of mobile saying (Mr. Dinesh) that we dont have battry and this is free service so u will not get the service and handed me the cell without checking
