L3 level problem, and screen problem

It was only about 3 months since I bought my cell and noticed that setting black wallpaper would show some bluish color at the left cornor of the screen, and also suddenly one day my cell sound broke. and when I went 2 the priority dealer of my city he spoiled the screen some more. even though when now I am in garrenty period I am not being helped by them
