Poor service

I have given my handset 5200 for speaker issue and FM not working in madurai service center (Tamil nadu) on 09/11/1007 and i got it back my set only on 1st week of december, but the again on the same day it is noticed that speaker problem and i can't answer any calls>>>Then again it is been given in same service center and until now it is not returned.

How can the customer wait for 2 months to get repaired?? it is rediculous and unacceptable. I a planing to put up a case in consumer court.
