Nokia 5200
MISUSING THE MOBILE GIVEN FOR REPAIR

I brought nokia 5200 with IME NO :357689013344030 on 21-10.It is in the warranty period.i complained it to nokia care centre in chittoor-andhra pradesh as i found it not working properly.he promised to send it to the company and get it replaced. But after 10 days he called me that the company didnot replace it and returned me the mobile by burning the mother board.i got cheated by the nokia care centre beleiving your company.so please take immediate action to replace my mobile otherwise i will go to the consumer court as i have all the bills.
