Lost mobile phone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint against my cell phone lost on 21/8/09 while travelling in a taxi from Wilson college to Grant Road Station. I am aware of the fact that you can help me trace back my cell phone with the I.M.E.I. No. of the cell phone. The cell phone's I.M.E.I. No. is 354832021360001. The phone was purchased on 4/4/09 with bill no. 9130 from ZOOP located at 311, Mehta Bhavan, Shop no.2, R.R Road, Charni Road, Mumbai 400004.
