Nokia 5220
Audio, not out going audio

I purchased this mobile last march. after 2 week of using it got complaint. so i took it to nokiacare at aluva. they sent it to delhi saying that it will get back after 2 weeks. It is now 25 days is over. i am very sad to say that the set is not yet cmae back. I am very sad to say that ur service is so poor. i paid rs 7700 for ur 5220 mobile and i couldn't use it for two week. why dont u replace it...
