Service Issue

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I m using noika 5220 mobile phone.

I have subbmit it to your service centerin march starting for hanging problem from ther it has been send to delhi it took one month to come back frm there & atlast when I reived it. But it was in worst conditation then again I subbmit it to ur Aryans Commuication Lucknow

date 10 April Job Sheet Number 339504886/090410/21.

Now Again it is send to ur head service Center at delhi. Then I lunch my complain to ur Customer Care Regarding this, they provide me one complain number 2:3xDPT3 & inform me that I Will recived my mobile in good conditation before 28 April from Aryans Communication.

Today When i contact them they told me that they have not recived my mobile from head office so contact after 7 days.

I m sorry to say that I not recived my mobile within 3 days I m force to go to Consumer form court to help my self.

So I request you to pls. provide me My Mobile In Good Condition & now I dont want my repaired mobile I Want it replacement.

Pls. Do the needful in this matter ASAP.
