Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a mobile set of your company vide The Mobile Store invoice No. MP/02197/00001/6746 dt.10/12

(Product Description 000066249, NOKIA 5220, IMEI:353662018771113) for Rs.7809.00 from The Mobile Store Shop no.01, C.M.A. Complex Rewa Road Satna (M.P.).

As the mobile set is giving me constant trouble from the day of purchase, I approached the Retailer who had diverted me to Nokia service centre who had carried out necessary repair but the problem is still persisting. I may also add here that within a period of 6 months the set has undergone repairs for 3-4 times, yet the problem is not fully eradicated and the set is not properly functioning. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
