Not getting proper response from any where

Eplacement

Phone is getting switchoff automaticaly even after visiting nokia carecentre five times same problem occur constantly and the shop keeper is not polite and talk's violently also not getting proper response from him

so i want the replacement of cell.

I think their will be a postive approach to the above.
