Nokia 5220
Gets hanged and lot of problems

I brought Nokia 5220 last September. It gets hanged and gets switched off. I contacted Nokia centre. They said that the software needs to be updated and done something. But I am getting the same problem again and again. I didn't expect this kind of product from one of the biggest brands "NOKIA". Got fed up with this and I have decided that I will never get NOKIA product again. If possible I need replacement of the piece. Please help me with this.
