Improper service of nokia care

I have gave my mobile phone to the nokia care for servicing. The problem in my set is hanging of the set while sending messages. I gave my mobile in april. The problem has been rectified. The same problem arises again. I gave it to the service centre (same as in april). The set has been said to be tampered. Tampering of the mobile has made by the working authorities in the nokia care when i gave the mobile for servicing in april. The tampering part is the screw of the mobile. They finally agree to service my mobile under warrenty. But they simply restored the factory setting in my mobile and returned it to me. They too told that the mobile will not come under warrenty. What is the solution for me, for the mistake done by your authorities. We can only check whether the mobile is damaged or not only on the outer portions. How is it possible for a normal man to check it thoroughly and find the mistake made by the working authorities. the service centre is located in purasaiwakkam. They reversed the blame to me by saying that the mobile has been given to some other service areas. kindly give me a solution.
