Hanging, not charging

Hi

i bought my mobile almost 4 months ago with great curiosity. but i got dissappointed very much bcos whenever i tried to play songs it got hangd up/ switched off. also as time passed on charging the phone almost takes 5 hours. and it lasts for less than a day. s.no is 353662018703868. when i contacted nearby nokia care, i was asked to hand over my phone for 2 days to get repaired, but got no explanation.

as i could not be without contacts for 2 days i am helpless. kindly do the need full.
