Contineous Problem from the of purchasing

Sir,

I am a undergraduate student. I have Purchased latest model of nokia, but from the date of purchasing i had lot of problems in my mobile. If the music player plays continuously its hanged. Automatically the switch off and it restarts itself, After one week my profile tones cannot be personalized. I contact the retailer they said the software has corrupted.still the problem continues.
