Sir, I have purchase a mobile handset of your company at 6/10/08 after that we have facing very much problem in your handset, Many times I complains to you and also physically available with your Customer care or service center modal town ludhiana.many times he returned to me blankly. Some time he reinstalls software in mobile and says your problem closed. But still I am facing that problem. One time this mobile goes to Ur Head office New Delhi. But problem not kill till today

Now I am very thrusting with your product. In 8 months I am using your mobile only for 2 to 3 month other time spending of this mobile in your end. Now I think this is the problem of your Handset with Manufacturing defect .plz arrange to return this mobile and give me the same range of other modal mobile or confirmed to not repetitions of complains

Also battery backup of your mobile are very poor.

Plz see in to this matter urgently as my business is suffering due to your mobile
