Nokia/ 5220 music express
Poor Batery

I purchased one Nokia mobile no 5220 music express on 12th Nov and today is 22/07 means only 8 months and 10 days has elapsed and battery got spoiled it does not get charge, I have shown to Nokia care at ShreeJeeArket, Anand Mahal Road Surat Gujarat but they have refused to replace the battery. as per them battery is guaranteed for only 6 months. How this can be when Nokia company give guarantee for one year..?
