Nokia 5220 Xpress Music
I am totally fed up..!!

I bought this handset from lucknow in december and since may i am facing a problem i.e. the switch on/off button in my handset is not working properly, i have submitted it in nokia care centre [park road branch LKO] as well as [indira nagar branch] more than five times, but the same problem is occuring again and again..And today i even asked them to replace my handset but they refused to do..!!

So now i am totally fed up, n i have lost my patience..

So i hereby request u people to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
