I am Dhruv Prasad Mishra a resident of Shahdol currently living in Indore. I purchased NOKIA 5220 Xpress Music Batch No 353662019732874 i having certain problems using my cellphone, the phone memory and memory card data are getting lost automatically.my cell has already been to nokia care indore more than 15 times and once it has been to Delhi Nokia Care centreI. humbly request you to replace my cellphone at asap as i am not satisfied with srevices provided by Nokia Care Indore so that such problems do not creep up in future and out faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
