For repairing my cellphone's bluetooth

Sir exactly 2 months ago ive been to nokia care @ sikar in rajasthan for the repair of my phone. but yet i havent received my cellphone and the employees r still saying that you will get it within 7 days and i dont know when these 7 days r going to complete and i am gonna get my phone back?

i request to take a proper action against them
