Repairement of mobile and seller has done frod with me

Sir,

I want to say that iam a true believer of nokia company and if somebody asked me that of which company they have to buy cell then i advice him to buy cell of of nokia company and i myself got dokha from this company. I have baught this cell from mau priority, mau, u.p 275101.and it dosent work from the very next day i have baught it on 9 or 10 of octuber and the seller take it back and did't return me back after a more thah one month he only says that come after a week. Please help me.
