Not satisfy with nokia care's behave

Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia5300 handset (imei no.-353095027494551) to thier service centre for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. Causing this behave from the service centre, i falls in sorrow&angry. I passes many losses causing

not being my mobile phone in my hand.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.
