Parts Missing after Repairing Submission

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I had deposited my Nokia Mobile 5300 at a Nokia Authorized Service Centre. They took it for a couple of days and after replied me saying it is unrepairable. today when i cross checked by saying a mobile repairer to open it in front of me and let me know the defects, i was SHOCKED to be told about the missing chips and their covers. i am very much annoyed of this as i took a lot of pain to reach the service centre as it is far off my home. Please look into the matter seriously and i will help you by giving the information which you want.
