Defective peace

Sir, I regret to inform you about poor response from your NOKIA dealer / Care Center. I purchased NOKIA 5310 ESN.IMEI No. 35934039337147 Product code 0565054 GSM from M/s. Maruti Electronics Gandhidham vide Book No.169 / Inv. No 16899 dtd 20-04 costing 8200 including VAT. Within 2 days screen gone and handed to Sainath Mobile Care, Gandhidham, JobSheet No.531504867/090425/18 ASC 531_504867, Today is 27-05 and till today I could not get clear possition. I'm fed up with your Care Centre as well as with your Dealer of Gandhidham. I launch complaint in no. of cumsumer care sites and also publish the same in all news media if I'll not get the response and corrective action in this regards. Awaiting your quick response.
