Application not open since a week

Dear sir, i have download a application of portfolio manager on airtel live site. since 1.5 yrs he has work porperly. but last week the application not open in my cell. but i use other cell samsung. the application start on this cell. please solve my problem as soon as possible. i thankful to you.
