Nokia- 5300
I want my phone!!!

Dear sir,

i bought a nokia 5300 on 16th of july. there were problems with the connectivity: No bluetooth connection, camera: bad image, and keypad: key (s) do not work. nokia being a reputed brand i have been a loyal nokia customer throughout.

due to the above mentioned problems i gave my phone to the nokia care gariahat (kolkata) to get it repaired on 13th of march. today is 11th of april and i did not get my phone back. the people in the nokia care cannot even tell me when will i get my phone back. it has almost been a month now. i have requested them to give me a tentative date but everyweek they are telling me that i will get my phone back next week. but the next week did not come till date. infact they told me the same thing today as well. phone is a very essential thing in today's world and i am absolutely lost without my phone.

sir you are my last hope i hope my peas will not fall into deaf ears. i have been extremely patient throughout but now after all this if my words go unheard i will be forced to take legal action.
