Poor deal

Hello sir,

i purchased my mobile on 3/6/08 and in two weeks, the memorycard was damaged. it anyway got replaced and so, i kept quiet. recently, my display got damaged and i consulted a nearby nokia care (gandhi bazar) and they took my mobile in. as they returned my mobile, i found out that i was cheated and my battery now doesnot give me a backup for a day. i request you to reply to me as i need to talk to you for a moment.
