I had submitted the complaint in the same forum but the reply or progress in the work is not known to me. This forum is only for the viewing the complaints or not I don't know. Anyhow I am resubmitting my phone problem with this moment. Please refer my complaint dated 24 Jan '2008.

still I am not getting the Information about my phone, evenafter I contacted the Nokia customer care on 24 Jan '2008.

Kindly get back wih the repaired details to me or EXCHANGE TO THE NEW PHONE.
